Worldwide Shipping Policy (except Israel)

How long will my item take to arrive?

Worldwide Shipping takes 10 to 15 business days for delivery, we will try to get it as quickly as possible.

When will my order be processed?

We want to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible – when ordering, make sure you choose the right models and colors.

Orders will be processed within 24 – 48 hours from the moment of the order and will be sent the next day after the day of processing – no changes or cancellations can be made after the order has been sent.

Shipping confirmation

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

Delivery

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected.

Extremely convenient and fast service – delivery will be made through a delivery service to a distribution station closest to the customer’s home.
The delivery takes place up to 2 business days the day after the order and allows the customer to collect the package easily and quickly without having to wait in lines at the post offices.
Before proceeding to payment, you will be asked to choose the point to which you want us to send the package.
The service is performed by UPS – the leading delivery company in the world.

Courier to home up to 4 business days

Cost: 30 NIS
Sending via a courier company that will contact you to coordinate the delivery.
After we send the package, you will receive a package number from us and a link to track the package where you can follow your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until the final delivery.
For remote settlements, delivery will be made up to 7 business days. For the list of remote settlements click here

Remarks:

*Orders received after 11:00 will be transferred to the next business day.

*Business days are defined as Sunday-Thursday and do not include holidays, holiday eves and special dates.

* For home delivery – you must be available to be contacted by the courier company. Unfortunately, we cannot make a commitment to meet the deadlines if you were not available to coordinate receiving the package.

Where is my order?

The order is on its way to you!
We pack and send the orders about 7.5 hours on average after receiving the order on the website. Immediately after your package is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with details about the shipment.
The email will contain a link to track the order and full explanations about the shipment according to the shipping method you chose.

How is home delivery carried out?

After packing the products, you will be sent an email with the shipping details and a link to track the shipment.
The delivery company will contact you by phone or SMS to coordinate the delivery.
The package will be delivered according to the delivery times relevant to the delivery method you chose.

How is delivery made to a distribution point?

Before paying for the order on the website, you will be asked to choose the collection point where you want us to send the package.
After packing the products and sending them, you will receive an email from us with the shipping details and a link to track the order.
The delivery is made by the UPS company and the tracking of the package is done on their website. If a “delivered” status appears on the tracking website, it means that the package has been delivered to the collection point.
As soon as the package arrives at the collection point, you will receive an SMS informing you of this. You have to come with this SMS and ID to the collection point and pick up the package.
Please note – the package will wait for you up to 4 business days at a store-type distribution point and up to 48 hours in a locker. The package must be picked up at this time, otherwise the package will be returned to us and you will have to bear the cost of the return shipping.

If no one was home when the messenger arrived?

If you are not at home when the courier arrives, you can ask the courier to leave the package outside the door or in a hidden place.
In this case, we and the courier company will not be responsible for any damage, loss or other indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused to the package or the items inside it.

Is it possible to change delivery details after placing the order?

Can an item be returned even though it has been used?

Our products were packed and sealed so that the customer would be the first to use them, we cannot credit products that are returned to us in a used and/or damaged condition.
However, it is important to us that you are satisfied with our products, therefore Contact us And maybe we can credit you for part of the amount or through some kind of credit for a future purchase on the site.

What is the transaction cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel a transaction before receiving the product – cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the law in the amount of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
